Is there anything more romantic than the cozy experience of snuggling up after a day on the slopes? In our opinion the answer is no—why else would Valentine’s Day be in the middle of winter if it wasn’t meant for enjoying the snow together, après relaxation, and, of course, a well-earned meal?
The wintery blast across Oregon this season has made for prime and forgiving (!) ski conditions, plus all this snow makes for postcard perfect scenery. With Valentine’s Day on a Tuesday this year, it means you can opt for either the weekend or the day of to celebrate. We rounded up one day and multi-day options for your most wintery and romantic Valentine’s Day yet. Cheers!
