Mt. Ashland

Mt. Ashland's awesome slopes and the rich cultural experiences available in the town of Ashland combine to make a ski trip to Ashland a quintessential Oregon experience.

The Mountain
Mt. Ashland is located just eight miles off Interstate 5, southwest of Ashland. At 7,500 feet, Mt. Ashland is the highest point in the beautiful Siskiyou Mountains. Mt. Ashland has the second highest base elevation of any ski area in Oregon, and its north facing slopes collect an average 300 inches of snowfall annually.

Mt. Ashland offers 23 trails including chute skiing and boarding in its famous bowl. Mt. Ashland is known for its challenging terrain. All trails are easily accessed by four chairlifts. The Tudor style lodge provides a warm and relaxing atmosphere with the Mountain Café, Balcony Bistro and T-Bar Lounge serving food and libations.

Mt. Ashland is a full service ski area with a rental fleet of skis and snowboards, a friendly ski school staff offering lessons for all ability levels, both group and private , and a retail shop.

The Town
Ashland is a beautiful, small town... where incredibly talented chefs prepare locally grown cuisine to pair with award winning local wines. Ashland is home to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, and an array of other visual and vocal artistry. For those ready to test your endurance, the night life in Ashland is bursting with energy, art, music, and dancing.
